Crystal Palace Ladies FC

In a one sided game against Div 1 Abbey Rangers Diamonds, CPLFC U13's Reds did their very best to maintain shape and discipline as the goals rained in from all angles and players alike. With multiple hatricks across the team and an ever changing formation and playing personnel as Rick gave as many players in the squad well needed game time after last weeks debacle at Croydon, the girls used the width of the pitch and their athleticism to play the game at such a pace the opposition rarely breached the halfway line.

With Wimbledon in the next league game, we will visit a much more testing opposition, but will feel confident nonetheless.

Special mention to 3 of the non scoring CPLFC players, Emily, Shola and Rebecca (GK) who maintained their positions diligently throughout the game and the to Abbey Rangers keeper, who quite frankly "had a blinder" and never once dropped her head despite the deluge.
